Support Engineer

Job requirements

Experience in Technical Support area.

Working knowledge of:-

Windows and Linux in particular.

TCP/IP networks

Databases

VoIP (Desirable)

Software Programming would be advantageous.

Candidate must have good interpersonal skills and have fluent English.

The support aspect of the role requires the employee to be in a position to take support calls occasionally on a 24/7 basis when rostered.
